Aidan O’Rourke has been ratified as the new Roscommon football manager.

Former Louth boss and Armagh selector O’Rourke is widely regarded as an innovative coach and succeeds Kevin McStay, who stepped down from the role following the 2018 All Ireland Championship.

Mike McGurn is also included in O’Rourke’s backroom team as Roscommon return to Division One of the Allianz Football League in 2019.
